India’s PV sector witnessed its highest-ever monthly sales in volumes during June 2022, according to various industry estimates.
According to the estimates, June saw an increase of 25% in PV sales with around 321,000 PVs dispatched from dealerships and factories, compared to the dispatch of 255,743 units from the same month last year.
Domestic PV brands accounted for more than 50% of the sales at 167,882 units, according to the estimates.

October 2020 witnessed the PV industry’s biggest monthly sales, with over 334,000 units being dispatched.
