CII Goa is organizing a Workshop on Industrial Relations on Thursday, 04 July 2024, from 0930 Hrs to 1700 Hrs at Vivanta by Taj, Panaji, Goa. The workshop aims to equip participants with an understanding of labour legislation, enabling them to cultivate a harmonious work culture and boost productivity on the shop floor. Three main discussion areas include understanding labour laws, developing collaborative union-management relationships and improving bargaining abilities for efficient union management.
Management is investing huge capital to install world-class technology, equipment, machinery, etc. However, it is seen that Management has to strive hard to get maximum production with the best quality at the lowest cost but is unable to do so due to the workers’/unions’ non-collaborative approach.
