The Government of India has identified ‘Ayush-based Medical Value and Wellness Travel’ as a priority sector with significant commercial potential. To promote this sector, the Ministry of Ayush has planned a series of events across the country.
Under the dynamic leadership of Shri Prataprao Jadhav, Hon’ble Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Ministry of Ayush and Union Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, the Ministry of Ayush is organizing the first event in this series for the West Zone States on 30th September 2024 at Hotel Sofitel, BKC, Mumbai. Key stakeholders, including Ayush hospitals, wellness centers, yoga centers, tour operators, insurance companies, and manufacturers from Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, will participate in the event. FICCI, ITDC, AYUSHEXCIL, SEPC, Invest India, FHRAI, and other organizations have collaborated with the Ministry to organize this event.
The Ayush Medical Value Travel Summit is bringing together a diverse group of participants, including key stakeholders from various sectors like Government Representatives; Key States: Maharashtra (Host State), Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Daman & Diu, Dadar & Nagar Haveli; Accreditation and Certification Bodies like National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH); Consulates and Embassies; Industry Associations and Councils; Healthcare Providers and Hospitals; Medical Value Travel Facilitators; Insurance and Financial Institutions; Technology Providers; Academic and Research Institutions; Ayush Manufacturers and Exporters etc.
