FICCI, along with Industry and Academia, has been making concerted efforts to make apprenticeship attractive to employers and the potential workforce, thereby facilitating their increased participation in the apprenticeship programme. To successfully achieve this target, FICCI is organizing a series of workshops on the theme “Making Apprenticeship Aspirational” with leading industries and academic institutions to talk about the benefits and relevance of being an apprentice and hiring apprentices.
