The Independence Day address delivered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the significant accomplishments of the government over the past 10 years. These achievements, according to the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Tuesday, have provided a foundation for India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.

In his speech, Modi assured that India is set to witness a bright future and is set to become the world’s third-largest economy within the next five years, as it possesses the capability to shape the emerging global order in the post-COVID era.

Experts mentioned that the country’s accomplishments and future outlook have created the ideal framework to enhance India’s ascent as a prominent global superpower during the Amrit Kaal period. They further mentioned that India has taken the lead in various transformative domains, such as clean energy and international peace, contributing to shared prosperity.
