In a forecast made by Deloitte India, the women’s participation in the workforce has increased drastically over the years, with more and more women entering recruitment drives, gender-neutral policies, benefits, equal pay-parity, flexible working arrangements etc. This trend is also likely to continue and will see many organisations adopting the culture in order to make it easier for women to strike a balance and to also embrace gender balancing initiatives.
