As per the data available on the website, the total number of registrations from April FY21 to February FY22 was 1.11 crore.
The number of subscribers have increased since October FY21 demonstrating trust in the services provided by the organisation.
Age groups of 22-25 years have contributed significantly, taking the net enrolments to 3.70 lakh.
Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) recently announced that 14.12 lakh subscribers have registered themselves on the website, marking an increase of14% as compared to the same period a year ago.
Approximately 31,826 new subscribers have been registered on the website, indicating a modest increase during February FY22 over the previous month. While taking into account the year-on-year growth, approximately 1,74,314 new registered subscribers were added during February FY22 as compared to the corresponding month in FY21.
As per the data available on the website, the total number of registrations from April FY21 to February FY22 was 1.11 crore – a sizable increase from the 77.08 lakh and 78.58 lakh enrollments during FY20-21 and FY19-20 respectively.
The number of subscribers have increased since October FY21 demonstrating trust in the services provided by the organisation, as per a statement by the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
Age groups of 22-25 years have contributed significantly to the enrolments in February 2022, which took the net enrolments to 3.70 lakh. The age groups of 29-35 years added an additional 2.98 lakh net subscribers, and the 18-25 demographic constitutes around 45% of the total net enrolments, thus indicating that first-time job seekers are joining the organisation in large numbers.
The number of female employees registrations is at around 3.10 lakh, which is a slight increase of approximately 22,402 as compared to the previous month.
